Managing Procedures

Com o AENTE, a gestão de seus procedimentos se torna cada vez mais prática, onde a depender do tipo do serviço, o procedimento irá impactar diretamente no seu funcionamento.

Antes de iniciar as etapas de instrução, é importante saber que o recurso de procedimento é majoritariamente utilizado na criação de serviços. Essa etapa bastante atenção pois existem regras que caso de não serem bem seguidas, impactarão na usabilidade e experiência durante a utilização do sistema, algumas regras que podem afetar o resto do sistema:

  1. Para que o cliente possa participar de uma teleconsulta, é preciso OBRIGATORIAMENTE que o procedimento atrelado àquele serviço ( do tipo procedimento ) possua ao menos formulário de EMR, se o campo estiver vazio, mesmo que o serviço possua teleconsulta, o botão de “ iniciar teleconsulta ” não será visto pelo cliente
  2. Se o serviço que for criado for do tipo exame, o procedimento atrelado a ele NÃO precisa de formulário EMR, pois em serviços desse tipo, o paciente não irá precisar participar de teleconsultas

Creating Procedures

To begin creating an procedure, certain prerequisites must be met, as outlined below:

  1. You must have a provider account.
  2. Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for creating associated laboratories, including the following:

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to create an procedure:

  1. Click on the module labeled “Medical.”
  2. After entering the module, select the option “Procedures.”
  3. Click the blue button to initiate the creation of a new Procedure.
  4. Upon accessing the creation form for procedures, you can begin filling out the required fields. These fields are sufficient to correctly create a procedure, and they include: Code | Name

Note: O campo de Modificadores e campos dentro da aba National physician fee schedule relative value não são obrigatórios mas devem ser preenchidos a partir da necessidade de cada serviço.

  1. After ensuring that all the required fields have been filled out, simply click the blue button labeled “Create Procedure”, and that’s it! Your procedure will be successfully registered in the system.

*Note: Como explicado acima, mesmo que somente dois campos sejam obrigatórios, é necessário se atentar às necessidades do serviço ao qual esse procedimento será atrelado, se é do tipo procedimento ou do tipo exame. Em procedimentos do tipo serviço, é importante o preenchimento do campo EMR já se o serviço for do tipo exame, não há necessidade de formulário.

Editing procedures

To begin editing an customer, you must first meet the following prerequisites:

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to edit an procedure:

  1. Click on the module labeled “Medical.”
  2. After entering the module, select the option “Procedures.”
  3. When the list of procedures appears, enter the name or code of the procedure you wish to edit in the search field.
  4. If a procedure matching the searched name exists, the system will display options corresponding to your search.
  5. After locating the desired procedure, click on it.
  6. At this point, the system will display the procedure form, pre-filled with the information provided at the time of its creation.
  7. Now, simply delete the information from the desired field and enter the new data.

Example: If the “Name” field needs to be changed because the procedure has a new name, just delete the old name and provide the new one.

  1. Once all the necessary information has been edited, click the blue button labeled “Update procedures,” and that’s it! Your procedure will be successfully updated in the system.

Deleting procedures

Note: Nothing is deleted from the system and everything that is “deleted” is actually a status change. Once an item has been deleted your may recover and change the status back to active.

To begin deleting an procedure, you must first meet the following prerequisites:

  1. You must have a provider account.
  2. Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for deleting procedures, including the following:

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to delete an procedure:

  1. Click on the module labeled “Medical.”
  2. After entering the module, select the option “procedures.”
  3. When the list of procedures appears, enter the name of the procedure you wish to delete in the search field.
  4. If a procedure matching the searched name exists, the system will display options corresponding to your search.
  5. After locating the desired procedure, click on it.
  6. At this point, the system will display the procedure form, pre-filled with the information provided at the time of its creation.
  7. Now, simply click on the “Delete procedure” option, and that’s it! The procedure will be successfully removed from your list of procedures.

Example: If the deleted procedure is associated with any service, ele vai ser retirado automaticamente do campo procedimento primário daquele serviço que ele estava anexado se fazendo necessário que o serviço seja reconfigurado.

Restoring procedures

To begin restoring an procedure, you must first meet the following prerequisites:

  1. You must have a provider account.
  2. Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for restoring procedures, including the following:

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to restore an procedure:

  1. Click on the module labeled “Medical.”
  2. After entering the module, select the option “Procedures.”
  3. At this point, you will need to adjust the filter to display only deleted procedures by selecting the option “Only Trashed.”
  4. After completing the previous step, the system will display all procedures that were once part of your operations but are now deleted. Enter the name of the procedure you wish to restore in the search field.
  5. When you locate the desired procedure, click on the option shown in the list.
  6. Upon seeing the yellow card above the form, click on “Restore.”
  7. That’s it! The procedure that was previously deleted has now been restored to your list of active procedures and can be used without issue.

Linking procedures to services

To begin linking an procedure to a service, you must first meet the following prerequisites:

  1. You must have a provider account.
  2. Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for managing procedures, including: .
  3. Your account must have services and procedures that are created and active.

Once all the necessary configurations are in place, you can follow the steps below to link an procedure:

  1. Click on the module labeled “Medical.”
  2. After entering the module, select the option “Procedures.”
  3. Click the blue button to start creating one service.
  4. When the service creation form is displayed, look for the field named “Primary Procedure” and click on it.
  5. If your profile and account meet the prerequisites, a list of all procedures will be shown. Select the procedure you wish to link to the service.

Note: Ao vincular o serviço, não esquecer das regras relacionadas ao tipo daquele serviço.

  1. That’s it! The procedure will now be linked to the service of your choice.

Note: To ensure the procedure is properly linked, you must complete the creation of the service . This means that other required fields, beyond just the procedures field, must be filled in.
